Site 19 includes a 2009 Outback 31FRL that is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, bedding, linens , BBQ, Patio Set, Boat, Tools for maintaining your lot and trailer, just bring your clothes and food and start camping and enjoying the lake. The site is fully serviced with water, sewer, and hydro. Telephone, internet, and cable are available from local service providers. The park offers a wonderful common property that runs along the lakefront and features a large grass area, sandy beach, wharf, swimming dock, boat and kayak dock, and a firepit. There is a year round caretaker on site. Fees are $1500 a year and this includes water, sewer, and property taxes. Great Lakefront recreation getaway at an affordable price. Please note these sites are for recreation use and not for full time living.
